Realty Capital Facilitates $3.9 Million in Office Condo Sales at Sunport Commerce Center 

ORLANDO, Fla. (September 27, 2006) -- Realty Capital, one of the fastest growing commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed several office/warehouse condo sales that, combined, total more than $3.9 million and nearly 33,000 square feet of space.  The condos are located at Sunport Commerce Center in south Orlando.  Realty Capital’s Quentin Caruso, CCIM, vice president, and Jason Bantel, vice president, represented the seller – Orlando Sunport Flexxspace – in the following transactions:

•  RPM Properties LLC purchased 20,846 square feet of office/warehouse condo space for $2.33 million.

• *Wolftever Orlando LLC purchased an office/warehouse condo for $450,000.

• *Park Avenue Partners LLC purchased an office/warehouse condo for $382,250.

• *J&L Investments Group purchased an office/warehouse condo for $357,360.

• *Performance Air Mechanical purchased an office/warehouse condo for $381,184.

*Square feet is 2,978 each
