Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President Jason Bantel Facilitates Major Dose Of Region’s Medical Leases And Sales

ORLANDO, Fla. (June 18, 2007) – Over the past six months, Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President Jason Bantel has come to the aid of major medical-related outfits & perhaps becoming the region’s commercial real estate ‘doctor’ and prescribing the perfect office leases and sales for some of Central Florida’s latest and largest related transactions.  Since January, Bantel has facilitated 11 leases and sales totaling more than $10 million and nearly 50,000 square feet (with the majority of the transactions occurring in the growing medical hotbed area of Kissimmee). 

Clients include doctors, clinical labs, and specialty medical services.  “Commercial real estate for the medical industry niche is so specialized.  You really have to understand the technology, the needs, the dynamics, the personalities,” said Kevin Cole, partner with ATCO, a developer of medical use buildings and a long-time client of Realty Capital.  “I don’t anyone who is more adept in this commercial real estate niche than Jason.   He gets it, and the medical community trusts and respects him.”
