Realty Capital Facilitates Land Sale In Conway Area
ORLANDO, Fla. (May 11, 2007) -- Realty Capital, one of the fastest growing commercial real estate service providers in the market, facilitated the following land sale:

Jose Alberto Albarracin purchased 1.4 acres at 5730 Stonewall Jackson Road in Orlando. The tract of land sold for $485,000. Realty Capital’s Senior Vice President Morgan Wiseman, SIOR, CCIM, represented the seller – an out-of-state investor.
