REALTY CAPITAL’S TOM HANKINS RECEIVES PRESTIGIOUS
WILBUR STRICKLAND AWARD

ORLANDO, Fla. (March 14, 2006) – Tom Hankins, CCIM, SIOR, senior vice president of Realty Capital has received the Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society’s Wilbur Strickland Award, which recognizes an industry professional who exemplifies outstanding dedication and unending support of the organization and the profession.

“Tom’s been on the Society’s board for several years and is involved on a national, state and local level with numerous other industry groups,” says Mary Hurley, real estate and leasing manager for Pineloch Management Corporation and president-elect for the Society and who also served on the award nominating committee. “Tom has a real passion for the industry and the Society, and he’s given a lot of his time and talents to the commercial real estate community.”

The award, named after a man whom most consider a founding father of commercial real estate industry here, has been presented annually since 1996.

Hankins has been with Realty Capital for 11 years and has managed more than $150 million in real estate transactions for the firm.
