Realty Capital Facilitates More Than 13,000 Square Feet of Office

ORLANDO, Fla. (February 15, 2007) -- Realty Capital, one of the fastest growing commercial real estate service providers in the market, completed the following lease transactions:

• Diper Designs leased 7,500 square feet at 6448 Pinecastle Blvd., #104 in Orlando.  The lease is for three years.  Realty Capital’s Austin Caruso, Jr., SIOR, senior vice president, and Quentin Caruso, vice president, represented both the landlord Gordon J. Cow Technologies Inc. and Diper Designs. 

• FASWD, LLC, which owns FAS Windows & Doors, leased 5,678 square feet at 2699 Lee Road, Suite 220 in Winter Park.  The lease is for six years.  Realty Capital’s Vice Presidents Stephen Caruso and David Wright, CCIM, represented the landlord – 2699 Lee Road LLC.  Realty Capital’s Austin Caruso, Jr. and Quentin Caruso represented FASWD LLC.
