REALTY CAPITAL HIRES THREE SENIOR STAFF ASSOCIATES

ORLANDO, Fla. (February 1, 2006) – Realty Capital, one of the fastest growing commercial real estate service providers in the region, has hired three senior staff associates: Bill Stephens as vice president; Charlene Pereau as senior property manager, and Jeff Vermillion as senior associate for office leasing.

Stephens has held senior-level positions for the past 17 years with CRT and Koger Properties, managing local office leasing for the company’s projects. At Realty Capital, he will manage tenant representation for office space and provide development services. Stephens is a Jacksonville native and a graduate of the University of Florida.

Pereau has been a commercial property manager for Trammell Crow for the past 12 years, responsible for the daily operations, tenant relationships, annual budgeting and financial reporting of more than 2.6 million square feet of industrial projects in the Central Florida. She will carry on these duties for the properties managed by Realty Capital. Pereau attended Barry University and holds an Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation with Building Owners & Managers Institute International (BOMI), as well as a Florida real estate license.

Vermillion has an extensive background in both the insurance brokerage and marketing fields, having worked for organizations in London, Sao Paulo, as well as the United States. Most recently, he was a regional marketing manager for American Express. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina and his master’s degree from the University of South Carolina. At Realty Capital, Vermillion will manage office leasing for clients.
