Chris recently joined the Realty Capital team. He is a native of Indianapolis, IN & has lived in Central Florida for several years. Chris has worked in various degrees of real estate for 4 years. He started his real estate career working in development with Premier Properties & most recently as a real estate professional with Coldwell Banker. While living in New York City, Chris worked as a restaurant consultant, event planner/coordinator as well as an F&B manager for several restaurants and hotels. His hospitality & development experiences include the development of independent restaurants & nightclubs as well as a boutique-hotel.
