CAREER SUMMARY
Thomas E. Hankins is a recognized leader in commercial real estate, with over 20 years experience in commercial brokerage, consulting, development and asset management. Prior to joining Realty Capital, Mr. Hankins was the General Manager for one of Central Florida’s largest private land holdings, and previously excelled in a 13 year career with Burroughs Corporation.

Responsible for approximately $150 million of real estate transactions since 1997.

Development Manager of two mixed-use projects, totaling 892 acres, obtained annexation, DRI and Development approvals, launching initial infrastructure and vertical development.

Distinguished career with UNISYS (formerly Burroughs Corporation), evolving as a turn-around specialist for under performing operations, relocating 7 times in 13 years while achieving Burroughs’ prestigious “Legion of Honor” seven of eight eligible years.
